3D rendering and modelling in the province of Lecce
Reading a floor plan is not for everyone, and imagining what a room will really look like is even more difficult. With three-dimensional modeling and renderings, the project is seen as finished before the construction site begins: proportions, natural light, materials and colors, in realistic images.
You decide by looking, not by imagining
A floor, a color or a worktop completely change the perception of an environment. Seeing them in a realistic view before ordering them avoids second thoughts when the materials are already laid: changing a rendering costs an afternoon, changing a floor costs a construction site.
How it works
From the project I build the three-dimensional model of the rooms, then I assign materials, finishes and lighting and set the views of the points that really matter: the entrance, the living room, the relationship between inside and outside. From there the variants to be compared are produced.
Also useful for selling or renting
For a property to be rented or sold, three-dimensional views reveal the potential of a space that does not yet exist. It is the most effective way to make a buyer, or a guest looking for a vacation home, understand what that home will become.
Passion, not just an instrument
Digital graphics are a part of the work that I personally take care of, not a delegated service: the rendering of materials and light arises from the project choices themselves, so the images really show what will be built.

It is not only useful for those who renovate their home. A company that has to let the customer choose finishes, an agency that sells a property to renovate, an owner that wants to show how a holiday home would become: in all these cases a realistic view shortens discussions and closes decisions sooner. I work in Gallipoli and nearby municipalities, where I can also do the measured survey in person.

Frequently asked questions
The technical drawing is used to build: dimensions, sections, details. Rendering is used to decide and communicate: it shows how the space will appear to those who will live in it, with realistic light, materials and furnishings. They serve two different things and usually travel together.
At least an updated listed floor plan and some photographs of the rooms. If the plan is not there or does not correspond to the real state, we start from a measured survey: it is a useful step in any case, because it is also useful for practices.
For an apartment, two or three views for the main rooms are usually sufficient to make important decisions. Better to have a few images on the points that matter than a gallery of similar views.
