In Salento the competition between holiday homes is high. The difference is made by the first photos and the guest's experience. I design environments that are photographic, take advantage of every meter to increase the number of useful beds and communicate the identity of the place.

A short-term rental home experiences heavy use. I choose finishes, fabrics and furnishings that are durable and easy to maintain, so the investment does not wear out after one season.
Also designed for foreign owners
Many properties in Salento belong to owners from Northern Europe who make them profitable. I manage the project and the setup even remotely, following the purchase of furnishings and the setup of the house up to the first check-in.
The house you live in: it starts with how you use it
We start from how you really use the spaces: who cooks, where do you eat when there are many of you, where do your coats go in the winter, how much light comes in in the afternoon. Only afterwards do the finishes and furnishings arrive. It is a job made of concrete choices, not of suggestions taken from a magazine, because a beautiful house that doesn't work gets tired in a few months.
Furnishing consultancy: deciding without making mistakes
If the house does not need to be renovated but needs to be furnished, the service can stop there: measured survey, arrangement of the furnishings, choice of sizes, materials and colours, shopping list with alternatives across multiple price ranges. It serves above all to avoid costly mistakes, the sofa that is ten centimeters too big or the palette that turns off an already dim room.
